John, Brodi, and Chris, within budget(!), proposed, managed, and commissioned a great, full system. John and crew listen to their customers and go above and beyond. New carpet and freshly painted walls were of particular concern. John arranged for their work space to be fully prepped and protected. John also set up an appropriate, effective way to dual-zone. It's been a year. The overhaul is a complete success. John, Brodi, and Chris have been available for follow-up questions and the new system season change and checkup. Great people. If you need HVAC work, John Sanders and his team is great!! John is super commutative, honest and reliable. I had my HVAC system replaced and received 5 quotes. By far John was an easy pick. He was upfront with what I needed and explained my options and choices. His price is competitive. He followed up to ensure all is running well and I’m happy with results. His team of guys are also very kind, conscientious and reliable making sure to always clean up and ensure I know how to operate my system.

We had some animals get into our crawl space and tear up the hvac venting. JMS repaired and tested everything for a reasonable price and did it in one day. Highly recommend them!

I am very happy to recommend JMS Heating and Air. My unit went out this week (first week of July) and my house was unbearable. JMS answered my call immediately, came out soon there after, and my unit was fixed within an hour. When the other big name company, who was my first call, gave me a bogus diagnosis, and an incredibly inflated price to fix a fake issue, (even though they were the ones who initially installed my AC) it was JMS who took care of us.
